I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 40 years both as an estate agent, property manager, rent roll broker, and registered business valuer.

Working closely with buyers and sellers, I aim to transition a rent or strata roll as seamlessly as possible for all parties involved.

These transitions can be complex and are often the result of a lifetime’s work. At the end of the day, the act of trading a rent roll, business or strata roll is a combination of a people-centric transition and a financial transaction.
